“Sore throat, fever for two days.”A clinic, today.You pick one that’s open. It replies with a time.

“Struggling to breathe.”The ER. Now.Tap it on the emergency list, and Fountain stops and says call 911.

Fountain never decides for you. It says what pharmacists can treat, and if you tap one of six emergency signs, it stops and says call 911.

The pharmacy or clinic you send a request to is responsible for your record under PHIPA. Fountain runs the system they read it on, and PHIPA’s rules for that job apply to us. Canada’s privacy law, PIPEDA, covers your Fountain account.

Fountain staff access is logged.

Your request goes to the place you choose. Fountain staff can see it too, to run the service. Each time they open your record in our staff console, it’s logged where you can see it.

Never sold. No advertising.

Never shared with insurers, your school, or your employer.

Fountain is for people 16 and over, each using it for themselves.
